Thankfully, the sun was shining on Monday 15th July when Mr. Thompson, Mr. Rogers, Mr. Hunte, Mr. Giles & Mr. Hockaday took it in turns to be placed in the stocks and had wet sponges thrown at them by the pupils. No this wasn't some end of year payback but all in aid of raising funds for the Romania trip next year.

The pupils paid 20p per sponge for the opportunity of soaking a teacher and as you can see from the photos in the gallery, plenty were thrown!

Such was the interest, they have "volunteered" to do it all again tomorrow!
