Anti-Bullying and Conflict Resolution

At Severn Vale School, we believe that all our students have the right to feel safe and supported during the school day. We have worked hard over the last few years to develop our anti-bullying work and we are very proud of what we have achieved so far.

We currently use the Sharp system platform, which enhances student safety by allowing students to report any concerns or incidents anonymously and confidentially. To report any concerns please use the following link:

There are lots of things you can do if you feel like you are being bullied or are having problems with other students, for example:

  • Tell your tutor. They probably know you better than any other member of staff and they are there to help.

  • There is a Deputy Year Team Leader (non-teacher) available for parents and students to speak to in school hours.

  • Tell your parent or carer who can inform us at the school

Whatever you do, tell someone and help us stamp out bullying by making Severn Vale a “Telling School”. The Schools Anti Bullying and Conflict Resolution Policy can be found here.
